Noomi Wallet
As a tech lead of Noomi Wallet, I directed front-end(iOS, Android), web, and backend to release the beta, 1.0, and 2.0 version on App Store and Google Play. I utilized Agile methodology to develop the features, optimize the communication, and iterate our roadmap among 4 global teams(Beijing, Shanghai, Los Angeles, and New York).
